Nilar

You are invited to participate in the January 2007 SAE meeting hosted by Nilar Inc. Nilar was founded by the developers of the Optima battery and is the first company to successfully design and produce the long-awaited bipolar membrane Ni-MH battery.

From the year 2000 Nilar has improved on what will be the next generation of EV and HEV batteries. Nilar will present the background and advantages the bipolar construction offers.

They will provide a tour of the R&D facility located in Centennial Colorado. Nilar will also present a program that will give 10 people the opportunity to get involved in developing plug-in hybrids. Details of this program will be presented during the meeting.
