Strictly Street Rods was founded on August 1, 2003, in Golden. Since that time, Steve and Renata Hill have added 16 employees who now create some of the most soul stirring, custom hot rods that you can imagine. All of this work from restoration to ground up custom rods occurs in their 20,000 square foot facility.

Message from the Chair:
We have a great meeting this month for all of you car enthusiasts. I hope to see you there. We will also be having a special SAE Industrial Lecture presentation by Dr. Ai of The Timken Company on Power Split Transmission for Hybrid Vehicles. The presentation will be Nov 3rd, 6:00PM, at the CTLM Lecture Hall on the Colorado School of Mines Campus. A follow-up newsletter is forthcoming.

From Indiana Street: The frontage road, West 6th Avenue is on the south side of Hwy 6. Turn right (west) onto W 6th Ave and drive past the Jefferson County Fair Grounds. W 6th turns south and becomes Orchard St. Continue on Orchard until W 5th Ave, turn right and look for SSR on the left at the end of the street.
From Denver: Take Hwy 6 west to Golden, Exit at Indiana St. and follow the directions above…
From the North: Take I-70 west to Colfax in Golden. Turn left (east) on Colfax to Indiana Street, turn right (south). Drive under Hwy 6 to the frontage road West 6th Ave, and follow the directions Indiana street directions above….
From the South: Take C-470 to Hwy 6 (east). Exit Indiana St and follow the Indiana street directions above….
